My Story
From a very young age, I have had a passion for serving others and organizations. Through the Lord’s direction, I found a perfect harmony of both in Christian nonprofit ministries. Starting at the age of ten, I desired to learn, develop, and serve in Christian organizations. This passion was expressed in school service groups, volunteering at charity events, interviewing nonprofit leaders for school projects, and in church youth ministry. Though sometimes unwilling to follow the Lord’s direction, I always knew I was called to serve in Christian ministries.
When the time came to start pursuing my career, I studied Bible and Business Management at Maranatha Baptist University and Penn Foster College. I also completed my master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration with a certificate in Organizational Leadership at Maranatha. While in college and immediately following, I worked for multiple Christian nonprofit organizations and the local government, working directly with youth in recreational activities. However, my passion has driven me to do something a little more drastic.
Now, I am on a mission to determine the state of Christian nonprofit ministries worldwide. Discovering whether Christian organizations truly are Godly, efficient, and effective. By conducting preliminary detailed research, touring locations, and asking 15 questions, I am analyzing organizational models that work and looking beyond traditional needs (prayer, fundraising, volunteers, etc.) to see where organizations can best be served. My dream is to help Christian nonprofit ministries around the world reach their full organizational potential, touching lives, seeing people get saved, and ultimately bringing the utmost glory to God.
